The body sprays that my daughter ordered for me as a Mother’s Day gift from Victoria’s Secret have been sent incorrectly for the second time. I really don’t think it should be this difficult to ship an order. Every time a wrong package arrives, I have to deal with it. They’ve repeatedly asked me to send photos of the product, the shipping bag, and even threatened that if I couldn’t find the bag, they would “review the package preparation record.” Instead of sending the two body sprays I ordered, they added an extra shimmery body lotion to the package. Had I not said anything, I would have ended up using a product I didn’t pay for. I’ve taken photos of everything multiple times and sent them, and I’ve called customer service repeatedly. Finally, they told me to pack up everything, including the one correct product that arrived, gave me a return code, and said they would ship the correct order. I did exactly as they instructed, and today the package arrived. I opened it—again, disappointment. There’s only one product inside, even though my order had two, and the product they sent is leaking. I’m really angry and disappointed. I will never again buy anything from here for my daughter, myself, my family, or my friends. You have caused me both financial and emotional harm. I even left my sick daughter in the hospital room to go and deliver the wrong product you shipped. This will not end here—believe me. If you do not urgently resolve my grievance, I will pursue my rights to the very end.
