I usually like the Urbancare series, but I hadn’t tried the Hyaluronic line before. I recently purchased the shampoo, conditioner, mask, and treatment oil from Watsons. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the shampoo. While it seems to lather, it doesn’t spread through my hair properly and never reaches my roots. It makes my hair incredibly stiff and tangled, making it nearly impossible to wash out. I bought it to soften my hair, but it has the opposite effect, making it rougher than even basic bar soap.
The other products are okay but not impressive, and despite using the hair oil, my hair still looks dry and damaged—something I never experienced before starting this series. I’m really upset because I’ve used four bottles of the caffeine shampoo and recommended it to everyone, but this Hyaluronic line is terrible. After just three uses, my hair feels damaged. Who’s going to take responsibility for this?
