I used the Urban Care Caffeine & Biotin Shampoo and Hair Spray, and in just 20 days, my hair started turning white—at an alarming rate! I can’t even count how many strands have changed color.
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hair care product, and I still can’t believe it. How is this product allowed on the market? Why hasn’t it been recalled? After researching online, I found that many others have experienced similar issues.
