I've been using Urban Care products for about 6-7 years now, and I've tried out a bunch of different ones that I really liked. Lately, I got the Urban Care No. 2 Bond Plex Restore Repair Shampoo for free. I get it, the shampoo doesn't lather up much. I'm not surprised since I've used sulfate-free shampoo before and knew it wouldn't foam a lot. But the shampoo made my hair really stiff and made it way too greasy. When I finish showering, it feels like my hair is greasy. Also, I've noticed that my hair is starting to fall out. I've never had this problem with an Urban Care product before. I want to express my dissatisfaction and provide some suggestions for improvement. I got rid of the Urban Care No. 2 Bond Plex and now I'm using products from the Urban Care Macadamia series, which I really like.
