Matchpub App Missing From App Store And Cannot Access My Account On iPhone

I had been using the Matchpub app without any issues on my iPhone 12 Pro Max running iOS 18.7.2 for a long time. However, for about a month now, I have not been able to access it. The app was automatically removed from my phone, and when I tried to reinstall it from the App Store, Matchpub does not appear at all. Even when I search for it, the app does not show up, and since I do not receive any error message, I cannot determine what the problem is.

Because of this, I am unable to access my account or use the app. During this time, I have not yet contacted Matchpub through email or any other communication channel.

I request that the Matchpub app be made available again on the App Store, that the necessary steps be taken so I can regain access to my account, and that this access issue be permanently resolved.
