I have only had my Uption account for 2 to 3 months, and despite making just 10 to 15 transfers totaling around ₺2,000 to ₺5,000, my account was suddenly blocked without explanation. When I asked why, they said the relevant department is reviewing my account, and this process will take at least two weeks. It’s absurd that such a small number of transactions requires such a long review. Meanwhile, I’m left with barely ₺5 cash on me, unable to access my money or use the account. This situation is causing me real hardship. If this isn’t resolved quickly, I will file complaints with this platform and BDDK to prevent others from suffering the same fate. Uption, fix this now.
