I’ve been using the Uption app, supposedly designed for receiving international transfers, but it’s been a huge disappointment. After my first five transfers, Uption essentially froze my account and restricted access to my funds. I can’t withdraw the balance to my domestic account, and when I try contacting them, all they say is that the account is "under review." They don’t even ask for any documents or explanations. It’s clear they’re withholding my money, and I’m not the only one—several friends are facing the same issue. If this isn’t resolved quickly, I will file an official complaint with CİMER. I’m urgently waiting for Uption’s response and expect immediate action to unblock my account and release my funds.
