Uption Account Blocked Without Warning - Funds Inaccessible

My Uption account was suddenly blocked a few days ago without any warning or explanation, and despite contacting customer support I have not received any response. As a result, I have lost access to my funds and can no longer use the service, which has caused me significant inconvenience. I kindly ask you to unblock my account as soon as possible or, if that is not possible, return all of my funds in full without any deductions, and provide a clear written explanation of why my account was blocked.
