I am using a transfer account on Uption, and as of today, I can no longer access my account. When I try to log in to the application, I receive a warning stating that my account has been blocked and that I should contact uption.com.tr. Because of this block, I cannot access my balance in any way. There is a balance of over 420 dollars in my account. I sent an email to Uption regarding this issue, but I have not received any response yet, and my problem still continues. I request that the block on my Uption account be urgently removed, my account be reopened, and that I can access and use my balance again without any restrictions.
