Uption Support Gives No Timeline After Account Lock

I am experiencing a serious issue with my Uption account, which has been locked for approximately 24 hours while trying to access it through the Android application. My account was suddenly locked, and since then I have not been able to access my funds.

I contacted Uption customer service regarding the situation, but I was told that it was not within their control, that the process was ongoing, and that they could not provide any estimated timeline. The attitude I encountered gave me the impression that my issue was not being taken seriously.

I request that my Uption account be unlocked immediately, or if this is not possible, that my funds be refunded without further delay. I expect my issue to be handled as a priority and that I be clearly informed in writing about the reason for the account lock and the status of the process.
