I do not want the Uption virtual card that was mistakenly opened in my name by my cousin. I’ve been trying to cancel it, but it’s been impossible to reach Uption’s customer service. I’ve made multiple attempts—waited on hold for long periods—but I’ve never been able to speak with a live representative.
This card was created without my full awareness or consent, and I want it permanently canceled. I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to close a service I didn’t even ask for in the first place.
