I want to cancel an Uption card, but I couldn’t find any option to do so in the app. The account was created without my knowledge by my underage child. I need to close this account due to the incorrect information used during registration.
I do not accept any responsibility for issues that may arise from this account and demand an immediate resolution to close it. It is incredibly frustrating not to have a clear option to cancel or manage this situation efficiently. Uption must provide an easy way to cancel accounts and offer better customer support for urgent issues like this. Please resolve this matter promptly.
