UPS Delayed My Package, Claiming Wrong Address Despite Correct Info Provided
I was tracking my shipment when I noticed a delay due to a "wrong address." I immediately checked the address I provided to the seller, and there were no mistakes. When I contacted the seller, they informed me that they use UPS for shipping and that UPS was responsible for the delay. The seller even mentioned that UPS sometimes manipulates address details to buy time. This is frustrating, especially since other couriers in Istanbul deliver to my address within 48 hours without any issues. It’s ridiculous that such delays are happening. I really wish UPS Turkey would either improve its services or close down so we can stop dealing with these constant problems.
