UPS Package Marked Out for Delivery Without Notification
I am experiencing serious inconvenience due to the UPS delivery process in Bodrum. While my package was still showing as “in transit” in the system, it was suddenly marked as out for delivery without any prior notice. I was called at 2:52 PM, but I was unable to answer at that moment. When I called back around 2:57 PM, no one answered.
There appear to be two UPS branches in Bodrum, but it is impossible to reach either of them by phone. Since I have been unable to communicate effectively with either the courier or the branch, the entire day has been left uncertain in terms of when or how my package will arrive. We are essentially forced to wait from morning until evening, relying purely on chance. I do not believe this type of operation reflects good customer service or a professional delivery standard.
My primary request is that my package be delivered to my address as soon as possible. If the courier cannot deliver it, I at least expect to be contacted by phone and provided with a clear location or branch detail so that I can pick it up myself. I also request that the issue of being unable to reach both the courier and the Bodrum branches by phone be investigated and that I receive a response regarding this matter.
