UPS Fails to Deliver Despite “Out for Delivery” Notification
I received a notification from UPS stating that my package was "out for delivery," so I waited at home the entire day. However, the delivery never arrived. Later in the evening, the status changed to "delivery rescheduled," without any explanation or a single call to inform me. It’s incredibly frustrating and disrespectful to keep customers waiting like this, especially without even an update. UPS, this experience was disappointing and unexpected from a company of your reputation. Please improve your delivery process and customer communication. I expect my package to be delivered promptly without further delays or rescheduling.
