UPS failed to deliver my package and the courier was rude

Mersin/central UPS courier called to schedule delivery of my 1Z23RR016800042538 tracking number cargo to my home. I picked up the phone, but there was no answer. I tried again, but I couldn't find it this time. I called back five minutes later, but his voice was muffled and low. Something is wrong with your phone, I've noticed. He said disrespectfully that you couldn't take delivery from the Ups branch today, but you could come tomorrow morning and pick it up. I told him where he was and that I was going to get my car and cargo from him, but he refused and hung up. I called UPS's main customer service in Turkey, and despite waiting for several minutes, they did not answer the phone. Mersin/Central How will they deal with the problem of talking to people in this manner despite the courier's phone malfunction? I'll never be able to pick up my cargo from the branch.
