UPS Türkiye Refuses to Deliver My Package to Belek and Offers No Solution

For the past 3 days, UPS Türkiye has failed to deliver my package. Despite calling customer service twice, I haven’t gotten any results. I was finally told that deliveries aren’t made to my area in Belek Mah. and that I’d either have to pick it up myself or meet the courier halfway to collect it. If I hadn’t called, I would’ve waited indefinitely! The local branch phone is always busy, and no one answers. If UPS doesn’t deliver to my area, why did they accept the package in the first place? For a so-called global courier company, this is incredibly frustrating. UPS needs to resolve this immediately and deliver my package as promised.
