I am experiencing serious issues with the delivery of a product I ordered online via UPS. I work at an official institution, and my delivery address was clearly written as Boğaziçi University, Istanbul. Despite this, on November 26, 2025, around 7:00 PM, UPS attempted to deliver my package to the address. Official institutions have fixed working hours, and delivery companies are expected to follow these rules, yet UPS does not seem to take this into account.
Even though I have informed them of the situation multiple times, no solution has been provided, and my package still has not been delivered to me. For my shipment with tracking number 1Z93W2006804362877, neither a solution nor a proper communication effort has been made. When I call customer service, I cannot reach a real representative — only an automated system answers. When I send an email, I receive nothing more than an automatic reply saying, “We have forwarded your issue to the relevant department,” with no actual follow-up.
I request that UPS ensure deliveries to official institution addresses are made strictly during working hours, that this shipment be delivered to me as soon as possible within business hours, and that customers be provided with a way to reach a real support representative when needed.
