UPS Delivered Damaged Packages Multiple Times in One Month




I have been consistently experiencing issues with shipments delivered through the UPS Turkey Zonguldak Central branch. Over the past month, I have had three deliveries—two about a month ago and one today—and each time, the packages have arrived torn and damaged.
When the packages are delivered, the boxes are visibly ripped, and the items inside have broken or cracked lids and packaging. I also have photos documenting these damaged deliveries. In addition, the female courier who delivered the packages had a very disrespectful and unpleasant attitude. Instead of assisting with the issue, she responded in a dismissive and rude manner.
I request that UPS Turkey compensate me for the damaged items delivered in this condition and take the necessary action regarding the delivery personnel to prevent this situation from happening again. I also ask that my issue be resolved and that I receive a response regarding this matter.
