I recently had an unfortunate experience with UPS Turkey while sending a computer motherboard for warranty service. Upon arrival at the service point, we discovered that the motherboard had been severely damaged, showing signs of impact and bending. We immediately documented the damage and filed a claim for compensation.
However, the response from UPS management was disappointing, to say the least. They simply dismissed our claim with a vague explanation of "insufficient packaging." This is particularly frustrating as our company has been in business for 20 years and has never encountered such an issue with hundreds of previous shipments.
To prove our point, we have a video clearly showing the unboxing process, which demonstrates how carelessly our package was handled. You can see for yourself how unjustified UPS's claim about inadequate packaging is. The video shows a perfectly functional motherboard being removed from the package in a bent and damaged condition.
Despite our numerous attempts to resolve this issue through at least 10-15 communications and correspondence, we've made no progress. As a result, our product worth ₺12,000 is now essentially worthless.

We're at a loss and seeking assistance in resolving this matter with UPS Turkey.
