UPS Cargo Did Not Deliver My Product

Even though the item I ordered is marked as delivered, it was not given to me when I picked it up. I am currently in a precarious position, and there is no information available regarding the location of my product. My package was never delivered by UPS in Turkey. I demand an answer to my question regarding the matter. Where is my package that was sent? Who exactly did it get delivered to? Because of the stress they've put me through, I've decided to file a complaint against UPS.
