UPS - A Classic Among Irrelevant Companies, No Delivery for Days

I bought a Philips Oled television from Istanbul Cevahir Teknosa branch on Monday, September 11th. It was said that it would be delivered to the address by UPS on Wednesday with a delivery code. We didn't go to work and waited, but it didn't come. We didn't go to work again on Thursday, it didn't come again, and no explanation was given. We went to the store for a refund on Friday, but were kept waiting for hours for a refund from UPS. I am determined not to shop at any store that works with UPS. I will share my experiences with all my friends and acquaintances and complaint platforms on social media. Unfortunately, UPS Turkiye drags the companies it works with to the level of its own irrelevant companies.
