My Cats Became Sick After Eating Purina Wet Food
At approximately 6:48 p.m. on June 19, I purchased two packages of Purina wet cat food from the Şok Market branch on İnanç Street in Şeker, Selçuklu, Konya. I paid approximately $14 in total. After I fed these products to my cats, they became sick, and they are currently in poor health.
I have not yet reported the situation to the store employees or Şok Market customer service. Based on previous negative experiences, I am concerned that employees presented as store managers may be relatively new or lack the authority to take responsibility, resulting in the matter not being treated seriously and the customer being unfairly blamed. I therefore want to contact someone with the authority and responsibility to properly investigate this issue.
I am not requesting reimbursement from Şok Market for my expenses. My primary request is for the Purina wet cat food to be properly investigated, for administrative action to be initiated regarding any products that may endanger cats’ health, and for the products to be removed from sale if necessary. For the safety of both my cats and other animals, I expect this matter to be treated seriously and request a clear update about the investigation.
