My Nine West Bag Started Peeling After Only Five Uses

Approximately two months ago, I purchased a Nine West bag from the ÖzdilekPark Istanbul store. Even though I used the bag no more than five times, its outer material began peeling. Seeing this level of deterioration after such a short period and so little use left me seriously disappointed with the product’s quality.

I noticed the peeling on June 25 and took the bag back to the ÖzdilekPark Istanbul store that same day. Without even sending the product for inspection, an employee immediately claimed that the damage was caused by customer misuse and rejected my request. Having my complaint dismissed without any examination of the product made the experience even more upsetting.

I believe the peeling resulted from a manufacturing or material defect. I am requesting that the bag be evaluated as a defective product and that the amount I paid be refunded. Nine West should conduct a proper technical inspection and resolve the inconvenience I have experienced.
