My UPS 12 Express Not Delivered on Time

The shipment we sent via UPS on 20.11.25 as “12 Express” has not been delivered. Despite repeatedly explaining the importance and urgency of this package and calling multiple times, all we are told is that “we noted its urgency.” If it cannot be delivered on time, then what is the purpose of offering a 12 Express service?
