I ordered a pair of Skechers shoes from the SuperStep Tarsus store on Monday because my size was not available in stock. The store processed the order for me, and shortly after, I received a text message confirming that the item had been shipped. However, I never received any notification from UPS Turkey, and when I checked the tracking system today, it showed that the package had already been marked as delivered.
My order number is 15737589 and my UPS tracking number is 1ZE095E66820003028. When I contacted SuperStep customer service, they told me that the shipment was delivered by a UPS representative named E** Ö****.** But I still do not know to whom, when, or at which address this delivery was supposedly made. None of this information was shared with me, and despite repeated attempts, I have been completely unable to reach UPS customer service for clarification.
I paid ₺4799 by card for this order, and I now have no product in my hands and no proper explanation. I request an urgent investigation into this issue, including confirmation of who signed for my package, at what time, and to which address it was delivered. UPS Turkey and SuperStep must take responsibility and resolve this issue without delay by either delivering my order properly or refunding my payment.
