UPS Lost My Parcel and Customer Service Failed to Fix


I ordered shoes from FLO, and UPS Turkey was supposed to deliver them. The package was due on the 17th, but it’s now the 20th, and the package hasn’t even reached my city. It seems to be lost. When I call the central office, they say they’ve emailed for an update but haven’t received a response. The local branch offers no additional information, and even the central office can’t reach them. I’ve called numerous times, and I can honestly say this has been a disastrous experience with UPS. This company is a stain on Turkey’s logistics sector. I don’t understand how their employees can work with such low satisfaction. Complaints are everywhere, and there’s no phone number or address for the local branch to check on my package. The central office can’t even contact their own branches. This level of incompetence is unacceptable.
