I've never encountered a courier company that performs worse. I need to send my Asus device for service in Istanbul, and a reservation was made. I've been waiting at home since January 8th. Today is January 12th. I call every day, and each day they spin a different lie. I've been stuck at home for four days waiting for the courier. It's a disgraceful situation, and your lack of respect for your job and responsibility is evident. A pitiful state of affairs for your management team.
