Upbit Failed My KYC Verification and Password Reset Ignoring My Support Requests
I haven't even started trading yet, yet my Upbit experience has been absolutely annoying. Although at first look the platform's design seems simple, when I tried changing my password I found that the links and navigation paths don't work as they should. They led to error messages rather than pointing me to the right pages, so complicating the procedure unnecessarily. To aggravate me even more, I tried to finish the KYC verification process and was told my phone number was already in use—even though I never registered it on their site prior. Not helping either was contacting customer support; my questions went unanswered or met silence. Upbit has been quite letdown for a platform professing to provide security and user experience top priority.
