Pegasus Airlines Damaged and Lost Baby Stroller on Tbilisi–Antalya Flight

On 10 October 2026 I travelled on a Pegasus flight on the Tbilisi–Antalya route. At Antalya Airport, our baby stroller was lost and I applied to Çelebi lost and found. Afterwards the stroller was delivered back to me on 11 October, but it was clearly defective: one of the wheels was missing and one of the legs that allows the stroller to stand upright when folded was also missing. In addition, as can be clearly seen in the photos and video I am attaching, the stroller has visible physical damage on its body, looks used and damaged, and in the video it is clearly shown that the wheel is missing and the stroller cannot stand properly when folded. The staff member who brought the stroller took photos, confirmed that it was delivered in a defective condition and forwarded this situation to Pegasus, stating that the process should continue with Pegasus from that point on. Despite this, I was told that the stroller could be repaired and that I should have it repaired and send the invoice to them. I explained that a repair was not realistically possible because the wheel is lost, not broken, and there is no such thing as a “baby stroller repairer”. Nevertheless, I was asked a second time to have it repaired, and I clearly stated once again that this is not possible. Since 11 October 2026 I have been dealing with this issue and as of 20 October the problem still has not been resolved. I request that the damage to my stroller, which was caused during Pegasus’s responsibility period, be fully covered and that either a new and equivalent stroller be provided or the full cost of a new one be refunded without further delay.
