Uniqlo Made My Click and Collect Order a Mess - Delayed My Refund for Weeks

Uniqlo's customer support somehow made my utter mess of click and collect experience worse. Then turned around and claimed I had already got them after messing up my purchase and failing even to locate the garments when I went to pick them up! It took 2 weeks and at least 5 separate customer support agents before I at last got a refund. They kept pushing back at every turn, almost as though they were trying to avoid delivering the refund entirely. It seemed really flimsy and quite unprofessional. Should you ever utilize their live chat, do yourself a favor and screenshot everything; else, they will "forget" or "lose" the dialogue. Clearly not what I had hoped from a brand like Uniqlo.
