Uniqlo Jeans and Shirts Sizing Was Completely Off From What I Expected

I wanted to take a moment to discuss my recent experience with Uniqlo's online buying system, which revealed some issues requiring improvement to enhance the whole consumer experience. Having often visited Uniqlo, I was eager to investigate the newest seasonal assortment and made the online purchase of a couple of shirts and some jeans. The website was easy to use, and I found great speed with which my order was handled and delivered. My thrills were fleeting, though, when I tried on the garments. The shirts were far tighter than the sizing chart suggested, and the jeans fit absolutely differently than expected. Given my past faith of Uniqlo, this was a letdown.
