Uniqlo Claimed I Returned Fewer Items Than I Sent Back After Sizing Issues

Ordering from their new collection online delighted me as a devoted Uniqlo consumer. Though I worried about sizing, I moved ahead trusting the company. Delivery was quick and the ordering procedure went without any problems. When I tried on the stuff, though, the size was utterly off. The problem started when I tried to return the next day and discovered Uniqlo no longer permits online in-store returns. I returned everything, but Uniqlo later told me one item disappeared. The way this procedure was handled frustrated me, and I'm not sure whether I'll keep shopping with Uniqlo going forward.
