I am writing to report that Underdog Gambling has failed to pay out my withdrawal from the mobile app and has left me without any clear solution. On 09/13/2026 I requested a withdrawal of 69 dollars to my Visa Debit card through the Underdog Gambling mobile application. As can be seen in the transaction screen, this withdrawal was later marked as failed and cancelled, and the amount has not been paid to me. I have not received the 69 dollars in my bank account or on my card, and I have not been provided with a clear explanation or a valid reason for the cancellation. I request that my account and the relevant transaction be urgently reviewed and that my 69‑dollar withdrawal be paid to me without any further delay. I also expect a written explanation of why the withdrawal was cancelled and what steps will be taken to ensure that similar issues do not occur again.
