Deposit Debited Via UPI But Not Credited to Account

I am writing regarding an issue with a failed deposit that I made to my Parimatch betting account which has not been credited, even though the amount was debited from my side. On 27 May 2026, I made a deposit of 9,600 via UPI to my Parimatch account, but the money was not added to my betting balance. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue, and they informed me that the amount is considered a failed transaction. However, in my UPI application and bank records, this payment is clearly shown as successfully debited, and I also have the transaction details and reference on my side confirming this. I request that this matter be investigated urgently and that either the 9,600 amount be credited to my Parimatch account or refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible. I am ready to share the UPI transaction ID and any necessary screenshots to help resolve this issue quickly.
