I made two withdrawal requests on the 91 Club platform on April 12, 2026, to my Airtel Payments Bank account, but the funds have still not been credited, even though both transactions are marked as “Completed” in the app.
The first withdrawal is ₹6,000 with order number WD2026041209155697570378a and UTR number N102260152864002. The second withdrawal is ₹9,000 with order number WD2026041214323714087749f and UTR number YESMS61030051041. Despite waiting several days, neither of these amounts has been received in my Airtel Payments Bank account.
I contacted 91 Club customer support regarding these missing withdrawals, but I did not receive any proper response or resolution. While the app continues to show both withdrawals as successfully completed, the funds are still missing from my bank account.
I request that both withdrawals (₹6,000 and ₹9,000) be urgently investigated and that the total amount be credited to my Airtel Payments Bank account as soon as possible. If there is any issue, I expect a clear explanation along with a prompt resolution.
