I am writing regarding a problem I am experiencing with Umingle related to the age shown on my account. The app is displaying the wrong age for me and, because of this, I have been unable to play for about a week. I simply want my account to be corrected so that I can use and play the app again without any restrictions. My Umingle account information includes the ID/username e43a9*** and I am using the app from Indonesia. I have not yet been able to reach support about this issue, so I am sharing my situation here in the hope that it will be resolved quickly. I kindly request that my age be corrected on the system and that full access to my account be restored so I can continue using Umingle as before.
