Unban My Umingle Account!

I recently started using Umingle on my laptop and had been on the platform for only a few days when my account (ID: 31852***) was banned on Wednesday, 9 June. I would like to explain what happened and request that my account be unbanned. During a video chat, I was randomly connected with another user who was speaking to me in a very offensive way and repeatedly saying “f*** you” through voice. In response, I wrote a message in the chat that was also inappropriate. Shortly after this exchange, my Umingle account was banned. I understand that my written message was against the rules, but the other user’s harassment and swearing started the situation, and I reacted in the heat of the moment. I have not contacted your support team before this complaint. I am asking you to review the chat and voice records of that conversation, take into account that I was provoked by the other user’s behavior, and reconsider the ban on my account. I kindly request that you unban my Umingle account so that I can continue to use the platform, and I am willing to follow the community guidelines carefully going forward.
