I am writing about my Umingle account being banned due to an age selection mistake. While filling out the form, I accidentally pressed 16 instead of 18, even though I am actually 18 years old. As a result of this incorrect selection, my account was banned on September 11, 2026, with the reason shown as “Under 18”. I kindly request that my account be unbanned and that this decision be reviewed, as the ban was caused only by this one accidental press. I genuinely like your website because it allows me to meet new people and socialize. Without access to Umingle I feel lonely, and I miss having a safe place to talk and connect with others. I am 18, not 16, and I hope you will take this into consideration and give me another chance by lifting the ban on my account.
