Umingle “Your Card Was Declined” Error

I am writing regarding an issue I experienced with Umingle’s payment system while trying to pay for my violation in order to unban my account. On April 30, 2026, at around 7:00 PM, I repeatedly attempted to make the payment, but each time I received the same error message saying that my card was declined. To resolve this, I tried using three different cards: a Visa card, a BPI card, and a Security Bank card. Despite using multiple cards from different banks, every attempt resulted in the same “your card was declined” error, and I could not complete the payment. Because of this, my account remains banned and I am unable to proceed. I kindly request that you check and fix the payment system on my account so that I can successfully pay for my violation and have my account unbanned. I would like to settle this properly, but at the moment your system is preventing me from doing so. I am asking for a quick review and a clear solution so that I can finalize the payment without further issues.
