A Request For Unban Umingle Account

I was banned from Umingle today, 15 April 2026, with the stated reason that I am “under the age of 18.” This is incorrect, as I am 19 years old and therefore above the minimum age requirement. I was accessing Umingle via the website on my Samsung phone through Google when this happened. The Ban ID given to me is a2cbb***. I do not understand why the system flagged me as a minor, as this is not accurate and the ban feels unjust. I kindly request that my ban be removed, my account access restored, and my age information reviewed and corrected based on the documents or proof of age I can provide if needed. I have not yet been able to reach your support team directly, so I am sharing this through this complaint in the hope that this mistake can be promptly investigated and resolved.
