Umingle Wrongfully Banned My Account – Request Free Account Reactivation

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was unexpectedly banned on July 16. I believe this ban is unfair, as I did not knowingly violate any rules. During a chat, another user tricked me into typing “M5.” I was not aware that this was not allowed on the platform. After this, my account was banned, and the message I received stated that the reason was “under 18.” I am an adult and did not pretend to be underage or try to break the rules in any way. I feel that an immediate permanent ban is too harsh for a situation like this, especially when I was misled by another user and did not understand that this phrase could cause a violation. I believe a warning or a temporary restriction would have been a much fairer response. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again and unbanned, as I did nothing intentionally wrong. I also ask Umingle to consider applying warnings or short-term restrictions first, instead of permanent bans, in similar cases where users clearly did not act with bad intentions.
