Umingle Suspended My Account Despite Me Being 18 Years Old

I am an Umingle user and my account was suddenly banned today while I was chatting with strangers. My conversations were appropriate and I was following the rules of the platform, yet my account was blocked with the explanation that I am under 18, even though I am already 18 years old. This ban is unfair because it is based on an incorrect assumption about my age. I have not violated the community guidelines or engaged in inappropriate chats. I also do not know how to appeal this decision through the application, so I have not been able to contact support yet. I kindly request that my Umingle account be unbanned and fully reactivated without any payment requirement, and that my age status be correctly recognized on the system so that I can continue to use the platform.
