Umingle Account Banned After Typing “f15” Without Warning

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which has just been banned without any prior warning. A user in the app asked me to type “f15” in the chat, and right after I did so, my account was banned. I was not doing anything else inappropriate or harmful on the platform at that time. I am 22 years old and I believe this ban is unfair and must be the result of an automatic system or a misunderstanding about that specific message. I have not received any clear explanation about the reason for the ban, and I had not been warned about any rule violation before. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reviewed and unbanned as soon as possible. I would also appreciate it if you could inform me of the exact reason for this ban so that I can avoid any similar issue in the future.
