Umingle Unban For Gender Searching

I am a user of the Umingle web version with the username “efa71f6c”. My account was banned yesterday on the grounds of asking for details about gender. I did not receive any prior warning, and I believe my behavior did not intend to harm or harass anyone. I only wanted to understand the other person better and develop friendship. Because of this ban, I can no longer use the platform and continue my friendships. I have not yet been able to contact support through any channel, so I am explaining my situation here in detail. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and unbanned. If I have unknowingly violated any rule, I would like to be informed clearly so that I can comply fully with the community guidelines in the future.
