Being Banned In Umingle

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was permanently banned on June 8 at around 12 o’clock midnight. I had only started using Umingle earlier that same day, and I was suddenly banned after I asked a user about their gender. At the time, I was not aware that asking about gender was not allowed on the platform. There was no intention to break any rules or to make anyone uncomfortable; it was an honest mistake due to lack of awareness of this specific policy. Because this was my first day on Umingle and an unintentional violation, I find a permanent ban very severe. I kindly request that my account be unbanned and that this situation be considered as a misunderstanding and a first-time mistake. I am willing to follow the community guidelines carefully from now on and avoid any behavior that is not allowed on the platform. I would appreciate it if you could review my case and give me another chance to use Umingle.
