Umingle Gender Ban

I am writing regarding my Umingle web account, which was banned on 8 June. I was banned for asking another user about their gender, and I was not aware that this was not allowed on the platform. After this incident my account was immediately blocked, and it has been banned for less than an hour so far. The ban ID shown to me is 0bb4906a. I would like my account to be unbanned and the restriction on my access to be removed, as this was an unintentional violation caused by not knowing this specific rule. I am ready to follow the community guidelines more carefully going forward. I kindly request that my account be reviewed with this context in mind and that my ban with ID 0bb4906a be lifted so I can continue using Umingle’s web service.
