Umingle Suddenly Restricted My Messaging Without Any Explanation

I am an Umingle user and my account registered with the email address “gottogoru****@gmail.com” was suddenly restricted from messaging about one day ago. Since then, I have been unable to send messages on the platform, even though I have not violated any rules or engaged in any inappropriate behaviour to my knowledge. This unexpected ban on messaging is preventing me from using the app properly and I have not received any clear explanation or warning about the reason for this restriction. I would like my account to be reviewed urgently and the messaging ban to be removed immediately so that I can continue using Umingle without any limitations. I kindly request that you check my account, inform me if there is any misunderstanding, and restore my full messaging rights as soon as possible.
