Umingle Disabled My Account and Gave No Reason for the Ban

My Umingle account linked to the email address “mely***[email protected]” was suddenly suspended about an hour ago. I realized the issue when I saw a suspension notice while trying to use my account. Just before the suspension, I was on a call through Umingle, and I did not receive any prior warning or clear explanation about a violation or problem. I have not contacted support yet because I do not know the reason for this suspension and there was no detailed information shown in the app. I request that my Umingle account be reactivated and the ban removed. If there is any specific reason or allegation behind this suspension, I also ask for a clear explanation so I can understand what happened and, if necessary, correct my behavior. I would like my account to be reviewed as soon as possible and the suspension to be lifted.
