Umingle! Review My Ban Please!
On June 9th at around 4:45 a.m., my Umingle account registered to the e‑mail address luk***@icloud.com was suddenly banned for “inappropriate content” while I was using the service through the iOS browser. I was simply talking with people on video chat at the time and did not do anything that I believe could justify this ban. I received no clear explanation or details about what was allegedly inappropriate. There does not seem to be any available or functioning support channel I can reach to clarify this situation, which leaves me unable to understand or correct whatever might have gone wrong. This is quite frustrating, as I have no idea what specific action or content is being referred to. I kindly request that you review the footage and logs from my session around that time, provide me with a clear and specific explanation of the reason for the ban, and, if no valid violation is found, lift the ban on my account and restore my access. I would appreciate your prompt review and a detailed response regarding this matter.
